Mr. Ubed

Mr. Ubed is a teacher in SMPN 1 Sumber. He is a Social teacher. He is 47 years old. He born on 29 December 1961 in Cirebon. He has a wife and her name is Mrs. Siti Syarifah, she is a teacher in SMPN 2 Plumbon. He has two children. The frist child is me, Faisal Arifin. He is school in SMPN 1 Sumber. And the second child is my brother, his name is As'ad Syamsul Mubarok. He is school in TK Bina Ummah. Mr. Ubed favorite foods is noodle, and his hobby is read book. In the Junior High School Mr. Ubed school in MTS Ciwaringin, and in Senior High School Mr. Ubed school in SMA Muhammadyah. And his University in UNIKU(Univesitas Kuningan). He teach in SMPN 1 Sumber from 1994 until now.

The Camel and The Old Man

Once upon a time there was a poor man who lived in a small village. One day the king visited the village and gave the old man's son a beautiful camel. when the young man took his camel home, all the neighbors said, "the camel will be good luck!".
The old man thought for a minute and said. "maybe it will, maybe it won't."
The next day the old man's son went to the fields to ride his camel. Then an accident happened and he broke his leg. "That's bad luck!" The neighbors said.
Two days later a general visited the village and took all the young men into the army. the old man's son didn't go because he broke his leg. "that's good luck!" The neighbors said.
The story doesn't have an ending, but it helps us to thing about our lives...

Tugas Resep Masakan Indonesia Mr. JAjat

Soto Ayam Madoera

A spicy Indonesian chicken soup. Ideal as a lunch dish or served with boiled rice.

Ingredients:

1 Chicken
1 Large Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
3 cm Ginger root
2 red chilli pepper
1 tsp Turmeric
1 bunch parsley
2 strands Lemon grass
2 tsp Kecap Manis
3 Eggs
3 Potatoes
oil
pepper & Salt

Preparation:

Clean and skin the chicken. Slowly boil in 1½ Ltr water until well done. Take meat from bone and return the bones to the water to make a stock. Shred meat and set aside. Clear stock by passing through a muslin cloth. Boil Potatoes in water and mash with 1 egg and pepper & salt. Roll into small croquettes ( 2 cm thick 4 cm long ). Deep fry in hot oil. Hard boil remaining eggs and slice.
Put Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli and Turmiric in a pestle and mortar or food processor and make into paste. Put 1 tbl oil in hot wok and fry paste for 3 minutes. Chop the parsley and bruise Lemon grass. Add Stock, Chicken, Ketjap manis, Parsley and Lemon grass to pastemix and heat through. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Put Potato croquettes and sliced egg in bowl and laddle the soep over this.
Serve with Sambal ulek and Kecap Manis.
